An active, mindful approach to Vinyasa yoga, characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Deepen your practice in this spiritually and physically energized class. BYOM.
A $10 fee will be added to your resident account for each class you attend. Residents will only be charged for classes they attend.
