MPHC has been servicing the local fitness community for 45+ years. There is no other club like it with every service & amenity under one roof. Known for their retractable glass atrium pool & sundeck, they’re also equipped with a huge array of Technogym cardio & strength equipment. If you’re more interested in classes, MPHC offers a variety of 60+ per week in both land & water. Designed for all fitness levels. They even offer small group training for those individuals in pursuit of a more hands-on feel.

MPHC is currently going through a major renovation to the lady’s locker room which will create a first-class experience in a mid-priced club. Scheduled to be completed this year.

For those who prefer to chill out, they offer; massage, whirlpool, steam & sauna. From being the first climbing gym in NYC, to their most recent addition of a boutique Pilates reformer studio. MPHC truly has it all.

There is a $29 process fee upon enrollment on both membership options.
Towel service for an extra $8 monthly or $96 annually. You will receive one towel per visit.
